Building needs upgrading, but the location is good, the premises are clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

It's a very nice and convenient hotel, the room is nice and big enough! Good view on the 7th floor. The staff is very friendly - e.g. the staff at the reception: Bojan, Maya and Tamara. As well the "student" Alja!

The room was not the same as what I selected at the time of booking. The bathroom with separate rooms for shower and toilet and the sink & vanity outside in the main room is very cumbersome and difficult. Water leaked out of shower floor onto the main room. No provision for making tea or boil water, we had to get them from a common area down the hall and lower level. The facilities we had was more of Ibis Budget, not Ibis Styles.

We understand comfort and privacy are of utmost importance when choosing an accommodation and in your case we fell short on providing it for you. Our superior rooms have two different layouts and one of them is indeed the one with the open concept bathroom, which is one of the types of rooms you stayed in - photos of both are available on our website under the Superior room type. Unfortunately, none of our rooms currently have tea and coffee stations yet, as we are in the process of doing some room upgrades. I once again apologize that all of these things made your stay less than what you expected but we still hope you would be willing to give us another chance some time in the future.
