We stayed for two nights and enjoyed this time. The SPA facilities are well organised, there is a lot of space for everyone. The breakfast offers a lot of options for every diet. Staff is high professional and polite. The views from our room were beautiful.

I was very disappointed with my stay in room S25. We arrived as a family with two children (ages 8 and 12) and had booked two rooms. However, the hotel placed our children in room 228 on a different floor, while my husband and I were given room S25. This separation raised serious concerns, as under basic safety and child-protection regulations, hotels should not accommodate minors away from their parents without written parental consent. No such consent was requested or provided. Room S25 is located one floor below the reception, directly next to the staff service area and the restaurant. Throughout the night, hotel employees were moving carts, clattering dishes, and talking loudly — all perfectly audible inside the room. There was also a large gap under the door, allowing even more noise to come through. The terrace faced a tall wall, which created a closed and uncomfortable feeling. At around 3 a.m., I woke up again to the sound of rolling carts and saw that a bright light — apparently part of the building’s exterior lighting — had been turned on and was shining into the room. It could not be switched off from inside. By 7 a.m., other guests with small children had gathered outside the restaurant waiting for breakfast to open. The kids were shouting and running, and some parents were even playing music on their phones. The noise level was extremely high, making any proper rest impossible. The terrace was in an unacceptable condition. It looked like a small graveyard of dead insects that had clearly accumulated over several days. Housekeeping staff had simply swept them, together with shards of broken glass, into one corner of the terrace instead of cleaning it properly. I can provide photos if needed. In summary, the experience was disappointing from both comfort and safety perspectives. I expected a much higher standard of soundproofing, lighting control, and family-room arrangement from a hotel of this category. I fully understand that a hotel operates around the clock and that staff must work at night to serve guests. However, the “behind-the-scenes” operations of a hotel should remain invisible and inaudible to its guests. In this case, they were impossible to ignore. In my view, room S25 should never be offered to guests at all. It fails to meet even basic comfort and cleanliness expectations and is located in an area that should be reserved exclusively for technical or service purposes

This is our second time staying and unfortunately our room did not live up to our first visit. I found 2 large cockroaches in our bathroom on the last night of our stay and the shower alternated very hot and very cold. Also, our room smelled of cigarette smoke when we first entered. This hotel is usually very good and staff are very helpful and friendly but the room we stayed in was not up to the usual standard this time around.

The stuff is really friendly and helpful. Also the rooms are clean, towels are changed and nice. What I didnt like is that in superior apartment 409, loss of warm and switch to ICE cole watter happens, and happens too much during taking of small shower, or when bathing babing baby. Like 3-5 times in 5 minutes. This should be fixed for such an hotel.
