The hotel has a great location and a large SPA. I went there because of the SPA. It would be great if SPA worked longer because it closes at 8 PM and if we work until 5, by the time we arrive there its already late. The staff is nice and the hotel is clean and good.

Stayed 2 nights, half-board. The only remark is on the food, the taste could be improved, the choice is nice but the food doesn't feel fresh. Warm meals are usually found cold.

At the check out I wanted to pay for the Pepsi that my son took from the minibar, only then to find out that is free of charge. We should have been informed about that when we arrived, not at the point of leaving the hotel. The receptionists need to share all info with each and every guest, and also to learn how to refuse some request, if justified, in a polite manner. Nice and cosy room, great breakfast, fantastic pool area... Still missing a hairdresser there... PLEASE learn from the EU thermal spas/hotels and let your guests use the pool area the whole day on the day of arrival or departure!!! It was really bad that we had to leave the room at 11h not being able to swim the whole day. You are doing great just need to be focused more on your guests in terms of additional services, entertainment, warm and close hosting by all your staff.

The best spa resort in Serbia

Fruške Terme spa hotel is probably the best spa resort in Serbia. My family was satisfied with everything - starting from rooms which are quite spacious, then the restaurant and finally the spa, which was quite thoughtfully designed and very well maintained. There are a lot of pools to choose from and there are many additional activities to choose from. For children there is a special pool zone and also each floor has a children’s playground. There are only very small details that could be improved: - the check-in process with the parking information - there should be a leaflet describing that the parking in front of hotel is 30 minutes only and that the parking for hotel guests is some 500m away and that the parking ticket can be picked up at the end of the stay. Without a leaflet the situation is not that straightforward to explain and leads to delays in the check-in process - there should be more information available on what pools are there - it was quite obvious which pools existed on level B1, but on the level B2 there are two pools and there were no signposts pointing to either one. Also we were not sure could we use the VIP spa pool or not on the S level, so we did not bother. Something which could be improved with signage or a map of the pools - the layout of the sled-service restaurant is not ideal as there are few congestion points, however I really have to compliment the food - there was a lot of variety and something to choose each day. Although the resort is pricey, it is definitely worth the money so I can only recommend it. In the end I would like to give my extra regards to the hotel staff - there were very kind and polite and professional. From what I heard, their English could have been better, but we communicated in Serbian so no problem there.
