Room was exactly what I needed (disabled access due to broken leg). I rated it 9 instead of 10 due to the distance this room was located from reception, it was a long way on crutches, but not a deal breaker. Your staff member (i think her name was Tikka??) was outstanding and went above and beyond in her level of service by opening up the restaurant early for us to have breakfast as we had a 7.30am appointment. Please pass on our thanks to her.

The roof flashing is loose and in the wind bands around all night and got no sleep whatsoever Had appointments the next D. and had my eyes hanging out of my head due to no sleep

Lovely big rooms, comfy beds and very modern, only reason giving a 7 is because the TV wouldn’t connect to chrome cast and was very intermittent and we had an important business event we needed to watch which was frustrating but everything else was nice. Would have been create to be able to log into Netflix also as this is not an option. But wasn’t end of the world! Still lovely place would come back again.
