Novotel Devonport offers valet parking for AUD$25.00 per car/night, available on arrival subject to availability. Parking is not able to be pre-booked in advance with the exception of motorbikes.
The car park the hotel utilises for valet parking is well monitored with CCTV coverage and security presence overnight. Guests wishing to self-park can purchase offsite parking passes on arrival at the hotel for AUD$10.00 per car/night.

Great location with well-informed information about the parking before checking-in. However, the front staff were not very friendly. The Accor loyalty was not recognised.

I’m pleased to hear you found our location convenient and that the parking information provided prior to arrival was helpful. However, I was genuinely disappointed to read that your arrival experience left you feeling that your loyalty was not recognised. Please accept my sincere apologies for this. Our Platinum members are very important to us, and while room upgrades are always subject to availability, on the evening of your arrival the hotel was fully committed and we unfortunately did not have any higher room categories available to offer. That said, this should still have been communicated clearly and warmly during check-in, and I regret that the interaction did not reflect the level of hospitality we strive to deliver. I also appreciate you sharing your thoughts regarding the restaurant offering and will ensure your feedback is noted. Thank you again for your detailed feedback.
