On the first day of arrival, all the staff members I interacted with left a very good impression. They were warm, friendly, proactive, and always had a smile. However, after checking in that evening and taking a shower, I noticed that the bathroom floor was flooded due to poor drainage. The bath mat became completely wet, and every time I went to the toilet, the wet floor made the experience uncomfortable. On the following day, although the room was cleaned, the in-room slippers were not replaced. When I went out on the second day, the staff continued to be very friendly and attentive, and while standing in the lobby, they were proactive in offering assistance when needed. That evening, when an item fell beside the bed, my hand touched an unidentified substance near the side table, possibly dust or cobwebs. After showering, the bathroom floor was again flooded, with the drainage issue remaining unresolved. On the third evening, upon entering the room, some amenities had not been properly arranged, and the bathroom floor was already wet for an unknown reason. I requested housekeeping service, and after a simple wipe-down, I prepared to use the toilet, during which water leaked from the ceiling and dripped onto my hand and head. This caused significant discomfort, and housekeeping was contacted again to address the issue. After showering, the bathroom floor was once more flooded due to the same drainage problem.

Although it is not 100% complete, but there is a high level of quality in the design and details that is not the typical luxury hotel you see everywhere. The welcome array of colors are a great expression of the city and the Hanoian smile and hospitality makes the experience equally great.
