Tried this fairly new hotel in Namba Osaka, it's just across the popular Shinsaibashi shopping street. Very convenient for shopping and subway access. Nankai limited express train is also an 8 minute walk away at Namba station. Hotel lobby is beautiful, rooms too. And I love that my booked room had a washing machine with dryer. Too bad the room lighting is too dim and dramatic for my taste.

Fantastic Location but this Hotel did not meet what I normally expect from an Accor Hotel-Staff were not Customer orientated,& very negative-also poor understanding of English-the room I had for 12 days was poorly set out & did not anywhere meet my usual expectations from this class of Hotel-no mirrors in bathroom even! Food was average & the Bar was only open spasmodically-again Bar staff not helpful nor knowledgable

This was my second stay here, and I did not feel welcomed, despite the fact that I had enjoyed my previous stay here. Since then, I've been promoting it. I was a silver member in March and recently upgraded to Gold, but I'm not getting any Gold treatment. The front desk seems cold, there is no recognition, and the room appears to be smaller than before. I had to request my welcome drinks, and the hotel refuses to authorize my regular late check-out time of 3 or 4pm. I worked so hard to earn the title of Gold member, but I am treated the same as everyone else. Ibis Umeda and Ibis Style Kyoto were handled better and granted the 4pm check out time, as well as knowing how to recognize a loyal member. Please do not stay here especially if you are an accor member, not worth your money anymore

Worst customer service i ever seen, they simple dont care that you are a loyal platinum member, i booked the hotel with a non refundable fare however my wife got pregnant and i had to change plans, i kindly asked to all the hotels even airlines to change the dates, didnt ask for refund because this is a trip that i really want to do, they ALL agree to change the dates, even the airlines that usually are stricted, the other accor hotels offered a full refund even that i didnt ask for it , i could fix all the trip for the next year excpet for this hotel, seems to a a big lack of management and understading case by case, if you loyal accor member dont expect a special treta because you wont have it !

Terrible team from a well recognised brand. I asked for the rates for the period of stay and the team proceed to charge my card and return with an "unable to provide you with a refund for your reservation" email message. They did not even bother to furnish a receipt on the amount they had charged. And I am left hanging without knowing what was charged and how much was charged.
