I was quite disappointed with my stay at this hotel.
The room was extremely humid throughout our stay. It honestly felt like we were sleeping in a damp environment every night. There was no dehumidifier provided in the room, which I found very surprising, especially for a Pullman hotel.
The central air-conditioning system was also a major issue. It made constant noise throughout the night, and when we increased the fan speed to try to make the room more comfortable, the noise became so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. This significantly affected our comfort and quality of sleep.
On our first day, I also noticed that one of the hotel towels still had visible stains on it when I used it after showering. This was quite unpleasant and made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.
Unfortunately, I also found the overall service from the hotel staff to be less warm and welcoming than expected.
I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location, which was a major advantage and made the decision easy at the time. However, based on my overall experience, I would not choose to stay here again on my next visit to Singapore.
I expected a much better experience from a Pullman hotel.

Had much better experience than what I had at another Accor facility - Sofitel Sentosa. All the staffs were much more friendly and providing additional services/upgrades before being asked of which I truly appreciate and hoping other facilities might learn from. I felt like I was at Raffles sentosa of which I visited for swimming and lunch and have good memory of being cared by all the staffs at the bar and restaurant nearby. I really felt like the level of service I got from Pullman was much more higher than what I had from Sofitel; I had to admit that most of the staffs at Sofitel were friendly and following up well upon e-mail requests, but there was definitely some difference from what I felt from Raffles and Pullman. Also, Orchard is prime location for shopping district and great food available from the hotel and nearby restaurants. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude especially toward staffs who were at the lounge - Daisy, Renz and Miriam - who have took care of my family with due care. Thanks to good memories and warm welcome, I would like to revisit the hotel and stay more at the facility if I were to ever visit SG again in near future.

I have stayed at the Pullman Orchard in Singapore multiple times in the past and their attention to detail never stops to amaze me. Our sincere thanks to Jacqueline at the Front Office for ensuring that all of our room requirements are met and always. Also Molly at the Front Office. Our sincere thanks to Wan Qing at Eden for her exceptional service. Sincere thanks to Huijing,Cherry, Naren, Chef Kuga at Eden for their outstanding service service. Thomas F & B Manager for always being there for us. Our sincere thanks to Dahlia, Miriam, Daisy, Darius and Ched Ho at the Lounge for their outstanding service. Wu Shuang and Tiz Min from housekeeping for always ensuring that our room was spick and span each day. Letchu, Veera and Sasi from Concierge foe their exceptional service. Thanks to all the other staff not included in this review for their exceptional service.
My only criticism is the array of food served at the Lounge. I notice that the dishes served are primarily the same every other day. For example, chicken karage, quail eggs, Mushrooms of some sort and other western stuff. Singapore is an Asian destination and how about beef noodles, prawn tempura, beef and chicken satay. How about some local or Malay delicacies as desert.
Otherwise, we are perfectly happy with the overall service, breakfast at Eden etc.
