There is a constant buzzing sound, which often startles me awake while sleeping. It seems to come from the hotel’s cooling system, and the noise from the street is also very noticeable.

I stayed with Pullman thinking it would be premium experience as my other stays. I am happy with behaviour at reception but behaviour at 4th floor at bar and restaurant was worst. At restaurant service was very very poor and behaviour was also not good. It was my wedding anniversary and informed about it with prior notice and it was very nice of them and they put a cake nicely on my table. Housekeeping forgot to fill body lotion for 2 days and then I reminded then in evening and then it was done.
