Dear Alexander Eng Thiam L., Allow me to begin this email by saying i am truly sorry for your unpleasant experience while staying with us. We are experiencing teething issues with the mobile check in and we are already working with our vendor to have all the issues fixed. No excuse but i believe we could have done better in terms of your check in experience. I am sorry to learn that the bathroom shower is leaking, and we will find the root cause of this and fix it immediately. For the room service and guests' services issues, allow me to further investigate this matter and assure you that i will address this with the team accordingly.
