The room was very humid & the bedsheet everything was a bit wet , & dusk everywhere, called housekeeping then came & clean, the cleaner also surprised about the dusk

We checked in on 23rd april using my accor plus stay plus + paying $200++. The checked in was ok, waited just abit and it was fine but the service went downhill after evening. Our room’s phone keep blinking red light even after i did what i was instructed, and i can for help twice no one came up. I went out for dinner and still back with the same problem this time only one staff at front office, he was packed while at the same time i was having problem connecting to the premium wifi he was trying to assist me but in a rude manner, to save his time I already did “the forget this network” step so he didnt have to do that but he brushed me off and said “let me check i’m checking for you now” in a very harsh and rush tone. I know he is packed and other guest is waiting but that is not my problem! Pullman had a group check-in that day, but they dont deploy enough staff during the second shift or evening time. And i mentioned about the red light blinking on my room’s phone they finally sent someone up but when I was not in the room, i went up to my room the engineer has already entered my room??? The stay started ok but we left with an experience that we don’t want to come back anymore. But however i think for compensation they did let gave us let check out until 4pm. But overall im using my stayplus and still have to fork out extra $200++ I’m not satisfied with the stay.
