Overall satisfactory. Breakfast is terrible with what seems like old Thai food from yesterday. Offer sandwiches and yogurt or something would be much better. Most of front office staff were nice but some were very indifferent to customers and knew little about airport shuttle buses (ie. telling customers they know nothing about it when asked and basically no help or suggestions). It is an easy google search to find out the process and ensure all staff know this as the people that stay at your hotel are on a budget.

Ibis Style Ginza is the perfect accommodation for both business and Leisure. It is located a few minutes from train to Tokyo Big Sight, and e few minutes from train to Haneda. And it is in Ginza. You can join business and leisure at ease

Amazing hotel in one of the best areas in Tokyo. Staff was so so so kind and professional. Room was bigger than expected and it even came with a little bathtub! There's complimentary coffee in the lobby and also a washer/dryer machine. There's like a thousand places to go eat around the hotel and many convenience stores as well. Subway station is super close. Overall a great experience, 10/10.
