I’m sorry, however, for the inconvenience with the pre‑arrival information. You should not have been asked to complete the same details again at check‑in after sending them by email. We understand how frustrating this is, especially when you take the time to follow the process as requested. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for rating your stay 60/100. I’m pleased to hear that you’ve enjoyed the hotel’s great location and cleanliness on previous visits, but I’m very sorry that this stay began with such a disappointing check‑in experience. You should never have been told that you booked a disabled room if that was not the case, especially as a long‑standing Accor customer. I apologise for the conflicting information you were given — being told you could change rooms, then that you couldn’t, and then being left waiting without clarity for around 45 minutes is unacceptable. I understand how stressful and frustrating this must have felt, particularly as you watched the queue build and recognised that other guests were experiencing problems as well. It’s also concerning that you were not offered refreshments while waiting, especially when you knew others were. The conflicting message about the restaurant and bar being closed — while the hotel was in fact fully booked — certainly added to the confusion, and I’m sorry this was handled so poorly. I am glad that, after your return later in the day, you found the new room to be absolutely fine. However, the start of your stay should never have unfolded the way it did. What should have been another seamless visit instead began in a way that did not reflect our usual standards. Thank you again for your honest feedback — it helps us address these issues directly with the team and improve our check‑in processes. We hope to have the chance to welcome you back for the smooth and enjoyable experience you were expecting.
