Hotel is great location, beautiful building and room was great. Breakfast has switched from buffet to a la carte but not sure they can cope with this. We were told up to 45 mins and luckily it was quicker for us but they were clearly rushed off their feet and didn’t get my order quite right. Ran out of butter and glasses and had to ask for more. The buffet was really nice when we visited last year.

The room was pleasant however the breakfast both mornings was a disaster so much so that we couldn’t help but laugh that’s how bad it was. On the first morning are meals came at different times and were cold . I waited 20 minutes for my GF toast to come out so therefore had it separate to my eggs as they would have been cold . The next morning my daughter’s breakfast came out first and she ate and it turns out there was some confusion and are 2 breakfasts we were waiting on were canceled. That was rectified and are order was redone but then took an hour for our breakfast to come . My daughters was just a bowl of baked beans which came out cold . Living in Australia we’ve stayed in some amazing hotels around the world and never have I had to pay extra to use the pool and spa area when being a guest. £30 or £50 per person depending on what slot you took . I could not believe it . The spa experience was lovely however our 1 hr facial was at 11am and finished at 11.45 and I might add we didn’t get taken in at 11 so therefore I think our facial was 30 mins at best - another joke . I wanted to stay at the Titanic but I couldn’t as it was booked out . We were really excited to stay at your hotel as it looks lovely but so not worth it.

Didn't sleep a wink, the beds are so uncomfortable. Nice looking beds, but too firm, winter weight duvets in heated rooms are a bit unnecessary and too hot to use. 2 pillows to choose from, 1 too hard, 2 too soft, great. Other than that it was fine.

fantastic. all staff made it so special for us. Only issue we had is we made a booking for drinks on the saturday and we were meant to have prosecco on arrival and there’s was no space reserved and no arrival drinks. other than that very happy over all
