I was quite disappointed with this hotel. The room had a couple of notable issues: - The radiator appeared impossible to turn fully off so it was always emanating a certain amount of heat and making a low noise. This wasn't a major issue as the outside temperature meant the room didn't get too hot, but what was annoying was that in conjunction the air conditioning appears to be de-activated centrally, in that whilst you can 'change' the temperature setting, It didn't appear to actually impact the temperature of the air coming from the vent. - The water drains so slowly from the sink that it is harder to keep clean after use. - The glass shower curtain is so badly designed - leaving a gap at the bottom that the bathroom floor invariably gets flooded and you end up with a permanent puddle of water on the floor. - This wouldn't be such an issue, however they don't actually clean your room unless you specifically ask for it by leaving a hanging sign on your door handle. After four days passed, no-one cleaned my room at all. I discussed this with reception who told me that in fact I had to put this sign on. A silly system, and entirely uncommon. So overall, whilst this hotel might be rated highly on TripAdvisor, the price just isn't worth it in the slightest. I urge the hotel to do better in these areas.

Every time, when I come to hotel I have problems with TV. I should dance around and make magic so that it would start to show me channels. This time it was too much. After really hard day, I want to lay on the bed and just relax watching TV. I came to the room, turned on TV, but it does not reacted, there were power cable unplugged at the back of TV and later I understood why. I plugged in, turned on TV, nothing. I tried everything, later I called to reception and told about my problem, guy from reception came after like 30-35 min, ok, he have his own job at the desk first. He tried all things that I did before and said, sorry looks like there is provider problem. Gladly I had my HDMI cable with me, so I plugged into my notebook and watched TV. But this is not normal! Breakfast, for 4 star hotel is poor, I think. Sorry, but looks like, next time, I will check for another hotel in the city, besides I am loyal customer of loyalty program.
