We had a good stay. Location is good and rooms are recently done up, although small they were fine as somewhere just to sleep. The bathroom is also small and just a shower (no bath) which leaked a little. The breakfast was good and checkin was via screen. Quite impersonal and didn’t work at checkout but was OK. Hotel was adequate for our needs but nothing special and we HATED the pillows. Very long and too high. Even the children complained of sore necks. It felt very transactional and almost no human contact. Definitely didn’t feel like a valued Accor member.
