Everything's fine and service was excellent. My only disappointment is the TV. There is no internet connection to the TV and no Netflix, etc. To be honest, the free-to-air TV channels were extremely boring. Hardly any movies.

Found expired liquid milk for tea/coffee in the minibar drawer which became toxic with extremely bad odor. I immediately took to the the receptions in the morning and demanded an investigation which I don't was done or not !! Also house keeping was lousy.

I have stayed here a number of times but stayed one night during my most recent stay. The room is fine for one night and the bed/pillows are mostly comfortable. The fridge and cabinet are good and there is decent space. The couch and movable table is welcome. The air con is loud and very hard to regulate. I've never found the perfect temperature/setting here. The bathroom is small and pokey and the shower pressure weak. The lack of shower door isn't great if you move around a bit in the shower. You can hear everything that happens in the hallway, too. But. if you stay on the Darling Harbour side you can't hear much street noise. The breakfast downstairs used to be better but is now just ok. The service, however, has always been good.
