The hotel is well located, walking distance to river side, restaurant and shopping area. The most disappointed thing is about lacking of human touch since they try to utilize the machine for check-in cause of less staff on duty when you ask for help. I have booked under full prepaid but the machine requested to settle the payment again upon arrival which is caused of double charge. I waited until early morning to meet their staff in person to proceed the refundable double charged payment. So ridiculous !

Overall a pleasant stay. The only reason I didn’t rate higher was that the room was extremely warm to the point of being very uncomfortable. Even with the aircon at the lowest temperature of 17 degrees and to the point that the window fogged up with condensation.
