The room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a short stay. Breakfast was awesome and the staff were great. Perhaps my only recommendation would be to include some instructions for people arriving by car before they check in, such as where to park to check in and the location of the offsite car park.

Room airconditioner was a continuous roar at 52db (health limit for sleeping is 25db). With the AC off the room was unventilated. Reception said they would send someone to investigate; but no-one came. Room opened onto the lift lobby, with a non soundproof door: so every lift ping and the conversations of people coming and going were immediately present.
