There was no welcoming presence at the end of a long day’s travel, as the hotel only offered kiosk check-in with no staff interaction. The experience felt impersonal and isolating, and I wouldn’t stay here again because of this reason.

first night was good and as expected as i've stayed at this hotel previously. we were there for 3 days total and after the first night our air conditioner stopped working. we spoke to staff 3 seperate times and nothing was done to help or fix the issue, despite being told someone was coming up to fix it. we waited 2 hours and still nothing was done so we had to stay in a hot room on a 27° day. the resturaunt had lovely food, however one meal arrived 20 minutes before the other, and my partner had finished his before i even recieved mine. as well as this, we were very upset with the lack of staff telling us about the parking situation and were charged an extra $90 with the Goulburn St parking. I had asked about the parking and was only handed a small piece of paper folded in half and was not told we had to bring the ticket to the desk. the writing was tiny and very hard to read, so we didn't see the conditions of the $35 rate. for a $900 stay i expect my airconditoner to work and to be told the conditions of parking.

Room and bed were good but the oillows were too soft. A selection of pillows would have been good.

Our overall stay is good. However my 1-$ Security deposit is still pending even after 7 days. Why such delay.
