Good comfortable really enjoyed stay only complaint when had breakfast ordered coffee from reception like ithought u had to then when checked out charged us ten dollars for coffee as i thought meant to order from from desk but ur spose to use the buffet coffee machine could of made clearer or told u at reception when ordered otherwise great stay

Breakfast sold as 6am. Prepaid. Arrive and it’s 630, and too late for me due to work commitments. Lift broken. Bathroom floods. Milk and tea not replaced when used.

In addition, our housekeeping team has been reminded to ensure all amenities are properly replenished during servicing. We also sincerely apologize for the lift disruption; this has been reported to our Engineering team, and a contractor has been arranged to complete the necessary repairs as soon as possible. Regarding breakfast, service is available from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. We regret that you were unable to enjoy the breakfast you had prepaid, and we understand how frustrating this would have been. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. Comfortable, with the amenities I needed. Although the room was generally cleaned and tidied daily, the black cups for hot drinks were old, dirty with the material they were made of, flaking off.
