I’ve stayed a few times and it’s always quite good. I had a room away from the lifts which was great. The bathroom wasn’t super clean and the power point in the bathroom didn’t work, but there were plenty of others to choose from. The bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean. Thank you to the staff member who assisted with my check in and check out, I didn’t have any issues but she was very helpful and lovely to speak with.

I had to pay for two rooms as I have three children which is fairly standard if somewhat annoying. The two rooms did not have an adjoining door however so we still all crammed into the one room. The air conditioning was also fairly dismal, it was a warm night and the AC couldn't keep up. Parking arrangements where good however.

Poor cleaning and breakfast

I had opportunity to stay at Mercure in Macquarie Park and see a huge difference between these hotels. Mercure in Macquarie Park is having Cleaning facilities much better, breakfast way better, service was perfect. I thought the standard between those hotels would be the same. It was a big disappointment when I had to notify reception to clean our room again because I found nails on the carpet and other small rubbish. When we come back it was vacuumed but our bed wasn't done. We had our baby with us so I was expecting more. Breakfast was very simple and when I asked for different fruit for my baby there wasn't anything to give her. Except yogurt. Previous day had at least strawberries I wouldn’t come back
