Overall, a very nice stay! The daily breakfast buffet was good! Although the same daily menu it was good.

All gadgets and room equipment was well thought about however there was limited staff at check in and checkout creating waiting periods then told We could not be served from the advertised snack bar due to being too busy with check-ins. Only one milk avail at breakfast my husband is lactose intolerant. No glasses told To use coffee mugs as staff were too busy also Disabilty parking was sectioned off and unusable

We also regret the inconvenience at breakfast - alternative milk is available on request, however we understand this may not have been advertised accordingly and we will take this feedback to make it more clear for our guests in future! Additionally, we apologise for the disability parking being unavailable during your visit. Milk was opened in the fridge already had been used. Kids were knocking and running around the corridors, they were bored and from Melbourne. A great manager was on who gave us great service, saw us as people and looked after us immediately. Thank you to him

Room not ready when arrived after 2pm and shower had mould which I used a nail brush on th get some off so just not cleaned properly - many stays here and never seen this before
