Very friendly, helpful, courteous staff despite being very busy multitasking. We had issues with a third party booking, which we initially thought was through the hotel’s internal reservation centre, and I had Occassion to phone to discuss with Reception staff a number of times prior to stay At all times they were very polite and helpful- particular mention of Maddi. On our arrival because of the issues we had, we were upgraded. Hotel was well located, a short walk from a shopping centre and Honeysuckle Light Rail station enabling us to catch the tram into historic mall area and river foreshore.

The hotel itself is good.I was a little disappointed that we were unable to make use of our Accor dining discounts as the hotel had signage say they would not honor this as it was the easter weekend.Had this been available we would have used the hotel restaurant for breakfast each of the 3 days we stayed & had dinner there at least once.
