well lets start with the positive, the willingness and professionalism of the gentleman on duty on saturday night to solve the problem is commendable... now... a 4 stars hotel with no kitchen and no restaurant, could be ok, but when from the long list of items available as snacks or light meals, only 3 options are available it is unacceptable no salad, no starters....only pasta... so i order pasta, that I had to send back because it was serve to me cold, the lady in charge could not even manage the microwave operation.... not once, twice the air conditioning started itself in my room generating cold air and noise.... twice your staff had to come up to fix it the last visit to my room, was around 10h30 pm... the standard of cleanliness was average, hair in the shower and the washing basin, the selection of tea bags was only camomile , no tea.... I mention all this to the lady on duty when I checked out on Sunday, she was not really concerned and only offered me the dessert I order the night before, by the way the fondant was mentioned not good and frozen by the staff member, so they gave me the chocolate gateau "normally served at breakfast signed a Accor Gold member not happy with the standard of your hotel

Very nice room on a great location. The breakfast was splendid. One small part of criticism: it was way too hot in the room for sleeping and we didn't find how to change the heat.
