Arthurs Spa Hotel par Mercure 4 étoiles

We had a standard room in the main building looking at the forest. The room was not small, with all standard amenities, clean. With 32 degrees heat this summer, the conditioner was not sufficient in the daytime. The meals (self-service) were good. However, no fruits at all in the middle of summer. You can also dine in one of the restaurants a la carte. A lot of entertainment for children. No swimming paths in the pool, so it is difficult to swim.

Mightily disappointed with this hotel: stayed here on business for couple of days and was not impressed with room size(stayed in standard twin room), cleaness (found used condom on the balcony!), the hotel breakfast start at 8am(!), wellness center starts at 9am(!) and closes at 10 pm. Overall not worth the money and hard to get to due to traffic on the highway.

I booked this place for my kids' school break. While maybe only 10 years old, its right out of the Soviet model, complete with unhelpful staff. Hotels.com overcharged me, saying we had extra adults in the room. The hotel had us down for 3 adults and one child, instead of 1 adult and three kids. They said the problem was Hotels.com and refused to refund the extra $400. Hotels.com was as unhelpful and customer hostile as they could be. Never using them again. Agree that breakfast is OK. Pool is OK, but you are limited to one two hour session per day. Pay for EVERYTHING else, nickel and dime you to death.

We stayed during FIFA World Cup. Average hotel with a Spa AND a Village Complex. Spa complex rooms (Luxury) are good with complimentary Breakfast and Lunch which is quite good. Spa is nice. For few days we stayed in the Village Complex also. Basic rooms, complimentary Breakfast and Dinner which is like Hospital patient food. Village complex is quite far on foot from the Spa Complex and one has to hire a porter to tow your bags. Somewhat disorganized Hotel operations, employees at the Village have extremely poor English speaking skills. We had to ask for a kid extra bed in the room several times even though it was paid for through Expedia. In addition, the hotel is quite far from Kremlin/Red Square. Hard to get Uber at times, And 2 hrs drive during busy traffic time is possible. So pay attention if you book online. Book only Luxury SPA rooms and be prepared to pay for taxi which is $45-50 USD one way.

Le Arthurs spa hotel est situé à 46 km de Moscou. Nous avions choisi cet hotel car expédia l'avait classé dans le centre-ville de Moscou. Grosse erreur :prés de 50 km du centre où les taxi ne veulent même pas aller (on les comprends :3 heures pour un aller simple (avec les conditions de conduite à la russe : 8 voitures et camions sur 4 files et bouchons permanents et accidents). L'hotel en lui même est très propre, peu de personnes parlent l'anglais et rien sur les notice en anglais! Lorsque nous sommes arrivés à 3h00 du matin, un homme dormait nu dans le hall.(vodka?) Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien chauffée,possibilité d'ouvrir les fenêtres et de régler le thermostat. le papier peint un peu vieux et une très mauvaise luminosité dans les chambres, sauf la salle de bain .L'eau n'étant pas potable, obligation de payer l'eau dans le frigo(compter 9 euros la bouteille en verre de 25 cl). Pas de bouilloir pour un petit café ! L'hotel a deux restaurants,(très bon vin français) discothèque et salle de boowling et billard.(très cher). Tout est payant: la piscine aussi !( autour de 15 euros les 2 heures! ) et il faut compter plus si on veut accéder au spa ou hammam et massages. Le personnel est sympatique et très serviable. Le personnel fait le ménage tout le temps même quand vous êtes à table et on vous envoie une pizza pour 2 car 1 par personne est estimé comme "trop"...et tout est expédié au lance pierre.On peut même fumer le Narguillé à côté de vous pendant votre repas! Cet hôtel doit servir comme salle pour des mariages ou grandes réunions. Pour les vacances d'été il est bien pour les enfants vip. les taxis demandés à l'hotel demandent des prix différents pour aller à la première station de métro: (de 1700 à 4800 Roubles). Nous sommes déçus par expédia plus que par l'hotel.
