Spoiled birthday and the weekend(

It was the 4th time I and my family stayed and the Arthurs Spa and Village in Moscow region. I wanted to ceIebrate my birthday there together with my family. So I had called the hotel reservation desk one month in advance and asked to book a quiet standard room for 2 adults and a 10-months baby in the main building. The hotel associate offered a quiet room at the building corner and confirmed that she would make a note in my reservation on that. I agreed with this proposal and was pleased to hear that the hotel staff cares about the customers. But upon arrival we were offered the room in the middle of the long corridor, while the sound insulation had appeared to be really bad there - all the noises both from the neighbouring rooms and from the corridor were very loud. The 1st night was ok with no significant incidents. But the next day the new neighbors arrived. They drunk alcohol, shouted, made much noise during late evening hours. At 22:30 my husband went there and politely asked them to be quieter explaining that our baby was asleep. These people replied in a rude and aggressive manner and continued shouting and running at the corridor. I called the reception, the receptionist promised to send a hotel security guard to solve the problem. The security guard came there but there was NO result, i.e. the loud TV, noise and shouting continued up to 2 a.m. As a result we could not sleep enough, got a lot of negative emotions and stress, the next day were completely exhausted and tired. The hotel stuff was not able to solve the problem with the aggressive and inadequate people, who disturbed the rest hotel guests a lot. The birthday time was completely spoiled.

The rooms were old, the extra beds were the worse ever-didnt sleep for 2 nights

THE MAIN HOTEL ARTHURS SPA LIES IN A BEAUTIFUL PLACE AND HAS GREAT FACILITIES BUT ARTHURS VILLAGE IS A POOR VERSION OF THE SAME WITH DIRTY CARPETS, DIRTY SHOWERS, HORRIBLE BEDS AND OLD FASHIONED FURTNITURES IN THE ROOM. ITS A 10MIN WALK TROUGH SNOW WITH MINUS 24 DEGREES AND 4 KIDS TO THE MAIN HOTEL WHERE ALL THE FUN STUFF LIKE THE SKATING RING, POOL AND BOWLING WAS AND THE EVENING ENTERTAINMENT-WITH 2 SUITCASES TO BRING ALL THE KIDS' GEAR LIKE SWIMMING GEAR, SKATES ETC AND THEN AT NIGHT AT 22 PM BACK FOR 15 MIN TROUGH A -24 DEGREES COLD WITH NO TRANSPORT BETWEEN THE HOTELS. REALLY UNCOMFY FOOD IS GOOD AND PERSONNEL IS FRIENDLY

In general very good experience. Spa & wellness facilities are excellent. All needed things for kids 0, 3 and 9 years old were provided by request. The only thing - access to building 6 is hard with the baby stroller cradle.

An overpriced stay. Electricity issues. Green area. Poor facilities. Poor animation. Green water pool in SPA (no visibility, river smell). Nice food. Open air cinema. Is it Accor?

An overpriced stay. Electricity issues (we had no power in the midnight, then we had issues with A/C and Wi-Fi because of that. They couldn’t fix it. Poor communication by e-mail. I asked to switch on A/Cs in both rooms beforehand but no one paid attention to my request. The pre-promised late check out turned out to be impossible too… But fine, we wanted to leave asap because of not working A/C in the living room. Green area. Poor facilities. Poor animation. Green water pool in SPA (no visibility, river smell). Regarding the cleaning. We found 2 socks in the living room right under the heater. Come on! Nice food. Open air cinema. Overall, it doesn’t look as it costs. Is it Accor?
