Exceptional staff from the moment I was picked up via the transfer through the day I left. The room was so well decorated, bed was extremely comfortable & loved the room amenities as well. Can’t wait to return in 2025!

Good location and the hotel was ok. Pool not so great, overcrowded, we found a cockroach in our room, one elevator was down most of our stay and we could never use the other one because so many people, we have been charged for the parking, when other people we know weren’t , and it has been very difficult to get the invoice of our stay. The employee didn’t compensate us with anything for the cockroach.
