We (a family of 4 with two kids aged 4 and 7) had a great stay at your hotel. The service was very good, from Valet Parking to the restaurant, to housekeeping and the swmming pool: everything was superb!

Disappointing stay

Hotel is well located however year in year (last stay Nov 2023) the service and hotel facilities have gone from great to extremely bad. Staff is regrettably cold and unwelcoming, most of the staff members struggle to speak English which makes any order, request or question very hard to articulate. Restaurant is poor quality, dirty and many parts are broken. The bedrooms are still fine and spacious. No recognition whatsoever of Accor loyalty status, no welcome drink offered (gold status) no upgrade, no follow up on queries to front desk. Valet service is extremely long (waited up until 25 min. to get our car)
