The most elegant hotel in UAE, we went to Le Jardin for Iftar ad it was a great experience. The buffet was lavish and fresh with a great service, thanks to SALAM for his kindness. The weather was perfect, you may have the food inside and enjoy your tea outside.

We have just got home from a wonderful week at Raffles The Palm. The room on the 5th Floor was spacious and clean with everything we required for a perfect vacation! I always take time to speak with the housekeeping staff who cannot do enough to ensure your stay is perfect. To name the staff who made an impression were Etisham - Night time Turndown, Housekeeping Staff Younias, Simbiat and Flora and Jane who ensured we were happy with everything in the room and even dropped by on our last morning. Even the security man on our floor greeted us each time we passed him during the day... and wished us a safe flight home. The Breakfast was one of the best I have had in Dubai, with everything you could wish for and the homemade granola and the choice of bread ( and butter from no less than Gloucestershire :-) was amazing. Miradhi (please excuse the spelling) is an absolute gem in the restaurant with a lovely smile and welcome to start our day. He knew what we would order for our first coffee of the day! This is service hey! I would have him as the Restaurant Manager as he made an impression and had the right attitude to hospitality. The pool area was always very busy so we chose to go to the beach but the Towel Kiosk and Beach Staff were all excellent. The pool was massive! I would say we were lucky to be there during Ramadan as the Iftar Meal in the Le Jardin Restaurant every night was delicious. Would I visit again? - Absolutely ! and possibly I will visit enroute to Sydney at the end of the year so that my Mum can experience the hotel. The only feedback would be that on our last morning we noticed that we had ash and cigarette butts on our patio that had been flicked over from above - possibly from the club lounge? People need to be told to use an ashtray as if that had burned any clothing or even worse set the patio furniture alight - that would not be very good. This was mentioned at checkout so that the receptionist was aware. What a shame the drinks were ridiculously priced as I think more people would enjoy a drink after dinner if they were not so highly priced but I guess this is the norm for the UAE. We used the Gym a few times and it was well equipped. I have been to many hotels on holiday in the UAE and most have been fantastic with definitely 5 star service but this particular hotel just had the edge on the service. Congratulations to all of the staff who make this hotel a wonderful success!

We tried the Iftar at Le Jardin with group of friends. The service was great, the team was very attentive especially Afsan, Shane and Sougot. As for the food, it a must to try. If you are fancy a great Iftar experience, it is definitely the place to try.

The hotel staff were attentive throughout our stay. They helped to make my wife’s 40th birthday extra special and picked up on a passing comment when booking an excursion that she was pregnant to also celebrate the impending arrival. A very nice, and unexpected, touch.
