My wife and I stayed at Raffles June 2026 we were treated extremely well from the first time the door personal opened the door of our car to welcoming us to closing the door and wishing us a safe journey home and every thing in-between.

We had a very nice stay overall at Raffles The Palm Dubai. The facility itself is amazing, with a very royal and luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. The room was relatively spacious compared to many other hotels we have stayed at, including a very generously sized balcony. The pool area was also very nice and enjoyable for families. A few things could be improved. During check-in, we were informed that there is an in-house cinema, which sounded like a great family activity after spending the day at the pool. However, when we called around 6:00–6:30 PM, we were told that the last movie was already showing. Considering that many guests likely finish their pool activities around that time, it would be nice to have later screenings available. In addition, the restaurant and food choices felt somewhat limited if you are not interested in the open buffet option. We also found the food and beverage prices to be quite high, even when compared to other hotels and resorts in the same area.

I recently spent 4 nights at Raffles The Palm Dubai and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The hotel is truly stunning, with beautiful architecture, elegant interiors, and a luxurious atmosphere throughout the property. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable, with lovely views and thoughtful amenities. The private beach and pool areas were beautifully maintained and offered a relaxing escape. I thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would happily return on the next visit to Dubai. Special thanks to Mr. Alim Bekzhanov the Duty Manager.
