Our stay at Heritage Hotel FERMAI Split was wonderful, although far too short, as we were only there for one night. The hotel has an unbeatable location, just a few steps from Diocletian’s Palace, making it the perfect base for exploring Split’s main highlights after spending a week sailing along the Croatian coast. FERMAI is a beautiful boutique hotel with elegant, modern design, and every space feels impeccably maintained. While it does not have a large lobby or extensive common areas, they are honestly not necessary. What truly makes the experience special is the staff. Everyone was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to meeting our needs. As Accor Gold members, we were able to enjoy an early check-in, although we had the impression that this is the type of hotel that would gladly offer the same courtesy to any guest whenever availability allows. Breakfast was excellent, and the breakfast room itself is absolutely beautiful. The rooms are modern, stylish, spotless, and offer more than enough space for a couple. However, the moment when the hotel truly exceeded our expectations was when my partner experienced a minor health issue and we were unable to leave early for our next destination. Even though the hotel was fully booked, the team managed to accommodate us in another room at a very reasonable rate, allowing him to rest and recover before continuing with the rest of our trip. For me, this thoughtful gesture was the highlight of our stay and something for which we are extremely grateful. It showed us that the staff is genuinely committed to taking care of their guests and creating an exceptional experience. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful stay. We would gladly return and highly recommend Heritage Hotel FERMAI to anyone visiting Split.

Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Private parking. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The communal areas are captivating. The quality of the breakfast and the service are the best possible. The reception staff were very professional and answered all our questions. We left very satisfied and delighted to have stayed at this wonderful hotel. Thank you for your hospitality!
