This hotel offers three room types a Double room, Family room and Accessible room with two single beds, Accessible room with double bed. All of the rooms are bright and modern, with a bath or walk-in shower. Each room has WiFi available throughout. Air conditioning facilities and a Freeview TV. Facilities to make hot drinks are provided in all of the rooms, and cold breakfast options are available from reception. Some of our hotel rooms are wheelchair accessible.

You closed the hotel on the day that I was due to arrive with only 3 days advanced notification. You then said that you had not taken the money from my account for the stay, and 2 days before the date of arrival, promptly took the money. You have yet to reimburse my account. This is total incompetence!!!

A bad start: although I had a confirmation e-mail clearly showing a room booked for two nights there was no booking shown on the hotel's booking system. Luckily the receptionist was able to find me a room for both nights but in respect of the second night, this was the last free room in the hotel and had I arrived later I would not have had a room, despite a confirmed booking. You need to investigate what went wrong and rectify the problem.
