As a diamond member I really appreciate help of Andinni, Odette, Naraish the best employees in front office I Had a great experience with the front office team at Pullman Dubai Downtown. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and very efficient with the check-in process. They were always ready to assist with any request, handled everything smoothly, and made us feel truly valued as guests. Special appreciation for their attention to detail and friendly attitude it really made a difference in our stay. Overall, excellent service and a strong example of true hospitality. Highly recommended! The breakfast was very tasty and food amazing quality staff on breakfast wonderful 🎉🎉 THAW AND REGY NISSAR CHIEF AMAZING SERVICE BEST EMPLOYEE OF PULLMAN THEY TREAT US LIKE A VIP GUEST! As a diamond member of Accor I tried a lot of hotels but here employees they are very sweet!!!

Upon arrival, staff was friendly and accommodating. I went to my room and found alive roach on the counter. i video taped it and shared it with the front desk. They were very apologetic and immediately moved me to a different room/ suite. they had provided me with an upgrade, which was very kind of them

Not satisfied .. the upgrade room was not cleaned so the lady informed us that it will take 15-20 minutes of cleaning and all was good and we left to have a quick meal to the restaurant , I asked to call me once the room is ready to check in I paid and left , I waited for their call no one call me after one hour we went back to the reception and figured out that the room is ready but no one called me ! and also I have concerns about the room cleaning , the boiler was dirty and for sure can’t use it they offered to bring another clean one but I am was not comfortable using it so I ordered hot water from the restaurant, the slippers were not clean .. both slippers for me and my friend , one was yellow and the other one was white .. Also when I booked no one informed me that the breakfast was 1 dish with a drink and there is no buffet , such a details is important and I am not sure why is not mentioned.. the view was nice though .. some of the items was damaged too so actually I didn’t expect all of this , I am really excited to spend my staycation in your hotel but I left disappointed , the price was good actually but I was not satisfied about the other things I mentioned above

What a pleasurable stay ay the property. The property is well located in the center of downtown. And this has been my second stay and definitely not the last. Truly a delight to stay at this property, wonderful and well kept rooms, great food and very good vibes. Most Importantly I must mention Ms Ann and Ms Snow, two cheerful and wonderful people with a very positive charisma and humor, what a delight it is to meet both of you once again! Also Ms Addina at reception who manages everything in silence and grace! They made sure my check in and check out was flawless and ensured I had everything I require for my stay. Also Alan and thaw at the restaurant were wonderful and really enjoy the food I had there! Overall, what a pleasurable and enjoyable stay! The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable! I truly look forward to coming back to this wonderful property! Thank you so much for your kind hospitality and for keeping the Accor standards on par! Regards A.
