They welcome with smile, when they found that there is a delay in providing the room booked , upgraded . The room facing canal is very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast & food in coffee shop is also delicious and healthy.

The hotel is perfectly located in business bay at 15 min walk of Dubai Mall. It is ideal nd central to everything downtown. The hotel is coloured, stylished and feels youth The room. Is very comfortable, the beding is fantastic and offer a fantastic restauring sleep The room is modern nd coloured The pool is small but enjoyable with a little jacuzzi and an astonishing view on Burj Al Arab The breakfast at COQUELEY is GREAT, WITH A STUNNING DECORATION. However the croissant and pain chocolat are too hard to bite and needs to be improved. Beside that, everything is delicious and the staff entirely dedicated. A very big special THANKS to Bilal who has offered me premium service and assistance. He speaks fluently English, Arabic and french and dedicates himself to all guest with an incredible kindness and an amazing energy. Laura the hotel manager. Is also dedicated in assisting you on every concern you may share with her.
