Very nice and comfortable hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely recommend the place. It is very well located and just easily accessible by transport or 10€ by taxi from the city. We liked the fact that we could relax there after long days of visiting the city. We particularly enjoyed the very clean and well maintained spa with a big pool. The sport room is well equipped. Special mention to Merve from the guest relations, our housekeeper Mohamed, Sevinç from the kids club, our waiter Umut and all the people from the spa.

Lovely hotel but if you're planning to focus on historic sites, better to stay in Sultanahmet

This hotel is new, very high tech, and overall lovely. The rooms were clean, modern, sleek. We ended up spending a lot of time commuting to the Sultanahmet area, so not ideal for us, but otherwise a great hotel.

Firstly want to say a massive thank you to staff who made our stay a pleasure who wanted to make out stay as pleasant as possible. Extremely attentive and nothing was too difficult. Hotel facility is incredible and we decided to upgrade our room to have a little more space and hotel accommodated this for us. The hotel facilities are great and we they are extremely clean and sanitised. The family loved the chocolate hour the hotel has. Overall a great hotel with expectional staff and facilities. We would definitely go back.
