Nice hotel close to ski slope. No need to wait for table in the dinig area. Very nice breakfasst and dinner a lot to choose from. Junior suite nice and spacious a bit cold as the AC not working efficiently. Pool is small but if you avoid rush hours you will take full advantage of it.

Mercury Szklarska is biggest disappointment was happen with my family. We traveled by electric car but charging is booked by usual cars and we can't change and personal and manager of hotel can't help us and support. Personal 2 days try to find owners of cars. Do you know who stay in your hotel or you show for us how your support client? Our biggest fault that we buy 5 nights for vacation. Big minuses are mini swimming pool, little bit choice on lunch , nothing for kids in the evening. For breakfast you need wait for table 40 minutes in the hall with kids. Zrobiliśmy wszystko, co w naszej mocy, aby zrekompensować Państwu przykre doświadczenie. Dziękujemy za spotkanie z Dyrektorem Generalnym, które przebiegło w atmosferze zrozumienia i wzajemnej życzliwość. Modern, new, hotel with great views and super staff

We spent one weekend at the hotel and we really loved it! As it is a brand new hotel, everything is perfectly clean, nice, modern and new!:) We had a huge apartment with amazing view, and went for the half board. The food was delicious, and the breakfast had everything you could think of! Local products, lots of options for vegetarians, sweet and savory lovers! There was also evening entertainment which we really enjoyed at dinner. I used the gym in the morning for my workout and it had all I needed and we also went for a late night jacuzzi and pool time. I have to say that for me the jacuzzi was a little bit too cold, but my parter was fine with that. Car parking is also very comfortable and fully recommended. The staff was great, from the ladies at the reception, restaurant and bar guys to the additional people around the parking for example. We liked it so much that we are going again for the New Year’s Eve celebration.:)

there was no such place in Szklarska! Although November in the Karkonosze Mountains may seem not a very interesting time, you cannot get bored at Mercure. swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas and delicious breakfasts. the rooms are quite big, bigger than other similar hotels

the hotel is new, that is the only positive thing. Spa was overcrowded, families with kids, far from relax. Gym was rather playground for young teenagers rather than a place for sport. We had a bed experience with two drunken Ukrainian who were harassing in the pool. I have asked to call the security who came but however they saw how drunk they are, they left without saying anything… Staff is totally inexperienced and unprofessional. No one to supervise. Glad we had to stay one night only, and I will definitely not come back again!
