Great Location without any Accor Benefits for Members

Had a 5 nights stay here, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Only downside was we should have been rightfully given a room upgrade for Accor gold members. The standard room was really cramped. In fact one of the tightest spaces i have experienced. But we were told this it was an upgraded room upon check-in. We confirmed our suspicions with various staff throughout our stay that it was just a standard room. Room AC was not working well, hardly any air flowing. Had feedback on this, but nothing was done.

The location its good if you come for 1-2 days. The room is very small. Breakfast can improve a little.. very few things to chose from. Restaurant.. depends on the hour (or chefs presence).. for dinner I have to order from somewhere else. Overall it was ok.

As for the restaurant, unfortunately for dinner it is open for the moment from Wednesday to Sunday, which by the way we are working to be able to open every day. For the late check out and early check in we are very sorry for not being able to satisfy you but only for one fact that our hotel only has 39 rooms so it is very difficult but we will take note for your next stay Thank you again for sharing your experience, and we hope your next visit will be as pleasant as the previous one.
