After searching online for a place to stay for the Christmas markets, I decided on L’Esquisse. It is centrally located and we walked from the train station upon arrival. The lobby was gorgeous and all of the staff were friendly and helpful

Staff was very accommodating & so helpful in making reservations. Location was perfect & hotel experience was WONDERFUL. Staff & Mr. Dubois helped in finding & returning lost medication too. Thank you very much!

Stayed for 3 nights in November 2024. A thoughtful guest room design, stunning lobby, and calming corridor. Services were mixed - Margot and Lourna at the reception were exceptional in attitude and effectiveness. Contrasting to theirs were some staff members who exhibited extremely dismissive attitude regarding restaurant reservations. No 5-star hotel should be expected to perform magic, but "we will try" with a smile is.

This hotel is by far the best five star hotel that we have stayed in for many years. Every detail was handled to perfection. The rooms were spacious, luxurious, and immaculate. The food and cocktail menu was superb. The service was exceptional. Every inch of the premises was CLEAN to a white glove finish. Rarely have we ever stayed at a property that had gotten everything so right!
