I have stayed multiple times at the Incheon IBIS but have seen the quality and service slip. Our dinner buffet had few attractive dinner options and the food was low quality. Similarly the breakfast was poor. There was lipstick residue on the juice glass making me question the cleanliness of the utensils. Overall expensive meal options that were poorer choices than available at the airport. I stay at the Incheon IBIS to get a good night sleep and have a few decent meals before traveling. Unfortunately this hotel didn't meet that standard.

We enjoyed the stay, the only problem we had was that we were unable to get the last shuttle, this was more due to the fact that the customs line was longer than expected.

+ Close to the airport, Fox News iso CNN. - The AC was turned off for the season, the temperature rose to a suffocating 28C and opening a window was no option due to the proximity to the airport. An electric fan was provided by the front desk after inquiring what was going on. - The open door situation in the bathroom was quite bizarre, in combination with the positioning of the mirrors in the room.
