Relaxing environment and centrally located. All staff were very attentive and friendly. Room was a good size and very clean. Overall a very good experience and definitely will be our hotel of choice next time we're in town.

Great hotel and well located. However, parking situation is a mess even with the valet parking because the 5 minutes spots in front of the hotel are always taken, so you can't drop your car in front of the hotel and it can sometimes take 35 minutes to get your car, so hard to time it. Food is great, but in one of the breakfasts and dinners the food took foreeeeever to be ready (1h for dinner).

Rock hard pillows and a window starring at a brick walk

While staff were very nice and extremely attentive, there were a few issues during my stay. When I arrived they offered me the privilege of an early check in if i became member. I chose to accept the offer but ended up with a room with a window staring at a brick wall! The worst part were the horrible pillows. All four of them were rock hard, making them completely impossible to use. I had to sleep with a jumper under my head, like I do when camping. The bed itself was also uncomfortable. I also couldn't order any food to my room. There were instructions that came with the keys to call 9 to order, but the call kept going to voicemail (I tried 6 times). I went to reception to order and they told me to go back to my room and scan the bar code. I went up but there wasn't any barcode anywhere. After 30 mins of trying to order food they finally sent someone up to take my order. Food was delicious and attention good, but all and all I had a very bad stay.
