O hotel é lindo, muito bem cuidado , tudo super novinho. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Tem uma piscina ótima e piscinas privativas em alguns quartos que são uma delícia. O café da manhã é bem variado e gostoso. Super bem localizado , na rua principal dos restaurantes e lojinhas. O único ponto negativo é que o bar da piscina toca música alta na maior parte do dia e não varia muito nos estilos (tocou sertanejo o dia todo), sugiro fazer uma playlist que seja mais eclética. Mas com certeza voltaria.

Melhor hotel de Pipa sem dúvidas. Localização privilegiada, quartos fantásticos, funcionários gentis, café da manhã bem diversificado e área da piscina com bebidas, drinks e petiscos deliciosos. Quem vier a Pipa tem que se hospedar no Ile de Pipa.

The hotel is nice and well located. The Front Desk personnel is very unprofessional and poorly trained. Their lack of protocols, order and agility is remarkable. If you have a problem, it is not theirs, its yours. The rest of the personnel (cleaning, waiters, drivers) are all very nice. I would not recommend it. Go to “A Toca da Coruja”!!!

A new hotel in Pipa.. staff were fantastic, happy and hard workers… breakfast was very good…room size was also excellent and well located to the Main Street and within 10-15 minutes walking distance to beach… hotel did not reach 5 stars as they had no facilities for our baby ie cot and high chair… which was strange.. also some of the guests would not wear masks inside the reception or in the restaurant… pool was a good size and lunch/ dinner menu was also good

I spent three day in Ilê de pipa, the hotel is very well located, the staff was very kind, the room is very nice and clean, the breakfast is very complete and delicious. The swimming pool is awesome!!! For sure in my next time in pipa I will stay there again!
