Our room was great, however the restaurant let down the overall experience. It did not feel like a 5 star hotel. We booked ahead for dinner one evening but got placed at a table away from the main part of restaurant and were denied another table. I'll put it down to where we were placed, but had long wait times, taking ages to get attention of staff, items being forgotten and long waits for every dish - over 30 mins between courses. The staff felt disengaged with us. The food itself was very enjoyable, but the overall service ruined the experience, especially as we were also a hotel guest. On our first morning for breakfast we had a similar situation, being sat away from everyone and waiting ages for coffee, but at least could serve ourselves from the buffet - the main breakfast host on this occasion was at least welcoming.

It is an amazing hotel. They well maintained, with good amenities and friendly stuff. If we were to suggest an improvement then we would really appreciate if there was an option of having Apple AirPlay supported by the TV set in the room.
