Near the airport but only for the French side, you need to drive more than 15km to enter from the Swiss side. Called several times the day of arrival, in order to ask some details about the Bus trasportation to and from the airport, they never answered the phone. Needed to take a taxi ! I forgot my laptop charger in the room and calling all day but nobody was answering . The message during the waiting in the call was only in French ! I found an email somewhere and I asked them through email about my charger, they werent helful at all, since their replied was that they didnt find anything. Been sure that the didnt even search for it. It seems that the hotel is new so hopefully conditions will change in the future.

We only had a one night stopover after a late night flight but the transfer from the airport to the hotel was seemless, the staff extremely friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast choice was fantastic.

Excelente bedroom, very comfortable, spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant is very good e staff very kindness. All staff in the reception and shuttle are very polite and receptive. Next time, I'll come back.
