Excellent buffet iftar, Very nice place to stay room was neat and clean my family liked it very much.reception great, room wonderful Gym is great staff were very attentive. Thanks to Akkas was very courteous and provided excellent service.😊😊😊

We booked this hotel thinking that it was right next to the airport (which technically it is), but it was a 13 kms drive after picking up the rental car after landing. Not a problem, it was still one of the closest hotels. The room we were originally given had a horrible stench in the bathroom, the door to which was shut when we went to the room. Luckily we opened that door before we settled in. We called reception, and were promptly moved. The replacement room was fine, but it was interesting to note that when we entered the new room, the bathroom door was open - perhaps the hotel knew that there was an issue in the first room and hoped that it wouldn’t be noticed. I hope they have addressed that plumbing issue (or whatever it was). The restaurant staff were smiling and helpful. We didn’t have the buffet meal, just something light from the cafe section. We arrived in the late evening and only stayed one night, so it was fine for that.

First, this hotel by no means is walking distance to the airport. (someone wrote in some review it was a short walk from the airport). Hotel itself is nice, room was clean and pretty basic. Staff very kind and respectful. Has free parking available however it can be packed. Hotel does not have a shuttle service to the airport.

当初はモーベンピックに宿泊しようと思ていましたが，メールでの問い合わせを２回しても回答がなく，Allのカスタマーセンターに相談をして私のメールを回送してもらったのですが，結局返答がなく，マスカット到着が間近に迫ったので，いつも利用しているNovotelに直接そうだんをしたところ迅速かつ真摯な対応をしてくれたことに感激しています。これまでもNonotel側からは素晴らしい対応をしてもらっています。

We arrived at 2 in the afternoon and were checked in efficiently. The room was clean and tidy. We wanted a cup of tea but there was only one creamer, so we rang down for some they didn’t arrive. We went down for a snack and the staff were very helpful, with good service. We went to the pool and there were no pool towels. We went into the water and towels arrived later. Later we had dinner, the food was of amazing quality. Absolutely delicious. Plenty of choice, and refilled as soon as anything finished. A great barbecue outside with fish and prawns. Delicious! We couldn’t work out how to turn off the main lights in the room. The beds are very comfortable and the bath gel was lovely. Breakfast was also delicious and great quality food. A big shout out to Raj’ the man who coordinates everything in the food department. Lovely service and great coordination. I loved my stay and would return again.
