over was good but at the time of checkout there was only one person and 3 guest need to do the check out so it took more time then anticipated. need to make sure that minimum 2 staff are available on the counter all the time. kindly not that I come to this hotel almost monthly bases. thank you Mohammed

Terrible Experience

I had come for a pleasant breakfast at Novotel for the weekend and it was terrible. No much options and very bad service. I asked one of the staff if he could help me with an omelette at the table he just simply implied that you can go to that point ( pointing his fingers) and was just busy collecting the plates from the table. ( Expected at-least some basic proper service skills while speaking with the guest ) . I felt so discomforted by the staff and just wanted to leave the place . I am not visiting this place nor suggesting anyone to come here 😡

breakfast buffet

Got here about an hour back for breakfast. I don't normally have breakfast outside but I had just come from a trip and was feeling tired. I was received with a beaming and welcoming face. Esther was a wonderful host. She helped me with everything I needed and all with a smile. Good selection of breakfast items. Fresh orange juice. Wide selection of hot beverages. Pleasant ambiance. Thank you Esther and all the staff.
