My and my fiance came for a visit. And the nearest to the airport we found Novotel hotel. I have been to many Accor properties and coming here was just 2 days stay. But we really enjoyed. The breakfast buffet, the staff at reception and overall we really enjoyed well. Special thanks to Yousef from Housekeeping. He was really friendly kind, best service from him. Hopefully will visit again and come back to muscat.

On the positive side, the hotel was good. Room and Gym were clean. Staffs and even taxi drivers were quite friendly. On the negative side, the restaurant didn't have much choice in terms of vegetarian/vegan food. There seems to be huge cost saving regarding the regular services provided, including lotion, toothbrush, water etc. Had to call the reception every time to reload basic things - it never used to be like this in my experience with staying in other Novotel either in Dubai or India. Invoice copies have not been emailed yet, even after raising a request online a few days back.

There are bed bugs on towel. Booked a triple room, extra bed wasnt set up when checked in and still no when we were back at night. Extra bed was only brought in after calling house keeping at 10pm.

Nice delicious food buffet. Hotel is clean and quiet. Room is clean and housekeeping staff are polite. Ginger dining staff Ellaine, John, Chitra and Manuel Thank you for excellent service.
