The best customised cake, perfectly made to order

I was looking around to book a gluten free cake for my wife's birthday. I just happen to check with Novotel if they could provide the same. After talking to the chef and explaining my specific requirement, I got a Dark Chocolate Cake which was one of the best I have ever eaten. Moist, well textured and layered. Cudos to Chef Rajesh and his team for all their efforts in making a gluten free cake so delicious.

The employees are very accommodating and helpful, especially Sir John who helped me and my colleagues to carry all of our several luggages. Eventhough he was on a time crunch since his service has nearly arrived and his duty hours was about to end, he still managed to help and entertain us which I very much appreciate. Also, I would like to thank Chef Liniel, Ms. Ellaine, and Ms. Krystine for assisting and entertaining us. Thanks to them I had a pleasant and memorable stay in novotel. ~SA

Nice stay very good staffs

It was a good stay in Novotel. Some services are slow however, some staffs made our stay special. Sir John - he helped us in all of our baggages even though it’s almost his clock out and very entertaining as well he makes sure that everything is taken care of. Chef Leniel - he offers help, and makes amazing sushi. very informative and trying to give us tips in living here in Oman. Ms. Elaine - never fails to assist us on our tables on breakfast Ms. Kristine - always ensure that we are taken care as well Ms. Louie, Sir Dominic, and Sir Jerome are also very nice and approachable.
