Hotel is very nice. Room is very spacious. It included all necessary items. Hotel staff is very cooperative. Our booking included breakfast as well. The buffet breakfast is very delicious. Kitchen staff provided special vegetarian options to me. All staff is coorporative. Special help provided by Frank Garson for all our food related queries in restuarant. Location is good. Beach at walking distance.

Terrible Hotel

First of all, I need to highlight this review is not about the staffing working at the hotel. The people working there were amazing. But, this is a terrible hotel, old, musty-smelling, very disgusting carpet. The hotel was very noisy as well, really difficult to sleep there. Windows didn't have any noise protection.

Stayed on the 20th floor for a 10 day quarantine period. The way the hotel is dealing with the covid virus is very good. Having stayed in a few of the near-by hotels I would not hesitate to stay here again. The food brought to the room was consistently good, the room was in good condition and tidy. The TV had a good selection of english speaking channels which is rare in Brazil. A/C worked well, good sound proofing between rooms. A very satisfactory stay and look forward to another visit
