The V Villas in Phuket is a beautiful hotel with amazing personalized service. The hotel boasts large Villas with private swimming pools many with a sea view. Every guest is assigned a personal butler who caters to your every need. You communicate with the butler throughout your stay via the WhatsApp group chat and the butler always immediately responds. The hotel shuttles you from your Villa to reception, the fitness center, or the restaurant, and service is always with a smile. The restaurants are excellent and the atmosphere is both relaxing and upscale. My entire family loved our room, the food, but most importantly the level of exquisite service provided at the hotel. Our amazing butler Kitty was respectful, accommodating, informative, and worked tirelessly to make sure my entire family enjoyed a vacation of a lifetime. He anticipated our every move and provided us with impeccable and luxury service. In addition, the food and beverage staff were amazing. The food and beverage manager, Noi, went out of her way for us providing excellent dinning service and making sure we felt comfortable and enjoyed our dinning experience, both for breakfast and dinner. She made every dinning experience amazing for my entire family. In addition, we loved Pin and Pond who greeted us every morning at breakfast and made sure we enjoyed our experience. Both Pin and Pond convinced the kitchen to make special orders for us, served us coffee and fresh juices with warmth and a smile, and genuinely seemed to care about our vacation. Both engaged us in conversation, were personable and professional, and showed great interest in our happiness. My family usually stays at five star properties such as Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, and Mandarin Oriental but the service at the V Villas surpasses these esteemed hotel establishments. We will definitely return to V Villas in the future due to the exquisite personalized and attentive service as well as the beautiful accommodations.

This is a rooftop restaurant with Ao Yon view point, featuring many yachts that create an atmosphere reminiscent of foreign countries. In the evening, the sunset falls behind the dining area, making the overall ambiance very pleasant. Normally, reservations need to be made in advance, but when I went, some guests canceled, so I was lucky to walk in and get a beautiful table with a great view. The menu offers a variety of European, Thai, and Japanese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Every dish I ordered was delicious, especially the fresh and perfectly grilled snow fish, which became the highlight of the meal. The portions were big, and the food came out quickly, may be I arrived at 5 PM when there were still few guests. I was well taken care of by Khun Olive, Khun Pond, Khun May, Khun Lex, and Khun Noi, the FB manager. They were all very attentive and enthusiastic in their service, frequently refilling water and checking on me. For non-hotel guests, there's a minimum spending requirement of 1500 Baht per person, and they can get a discount of up to 50% by using the Accor plus card.

VVilla is an absolutely stunning, boutique hotel with only 19 rooms. Each room/Villa has its own pool but be sure to enjoy the main pool as well. Kitty - our butler- was not only hopeful and knowledgeable but so kind and made out stay so easy! Noi helped me with our arrangements before we arrived and was then such a help once we were here. The breakfast is so good and has so many options. Dinner and drinks in the room top are something very special- so lucky we got to enjoy it! We also had amazing 60 mins massages in the stunning and relaxing spa. If we return to Phuket, we will definitely stay at V Villa! Thank you all for making our stay perfect!
