Fantastic hotel, best family hotel in the UK! We have just stayed during easter and our two children aged 5 and 3 absolutely loved the activity programme. They loved the nature sessions with little muddy boots, the bath bomb making and slime making, the magician and all the lovely little touches such as soft teddies and easter egg hunt chocolate! We felt like we were abroad, no other luxury hotel in the UK has this type of activity programme for children. Zelma the activities leader is so friendly and has gone the extra mile to make sure the kids were kept happy. She has some exciting plans and we will definitely be back to see what she plans. An asset to the hotel! The adults were also happy with super comfortable beds; kind and friendly staff, lovely food including fresh honeycomb at breakfast that comes from the on site beehive! We just loved exploring the grounds and saw lots of vegetables are grown on site. The spa is stunning and we enjoyed the children’s swim hour each day and relaxing on the loungers. Overall a fantastic stay and we cannot wait to return! Thank you to all the friendly staff we appreciated you all! The valet staff, the breakfast staff and everyone we met was so helpful.

Really disappointed with our stay, we booked two clubs for the children on the friday when we arrived, to be told on saturday the clubs werent running, this is really poor, why didn't the person just tell us on the Friday!! I cancelled our trip to Lego land on the basis being round the hotel for the Saturday
