From a lovely check-in, to the very nice scent in the hotel to the great pool and fitness and the excellent breakfast - I definitely had a very good time at the Mondrian in Seoul

I checked in and was told I could get my room earlier, if I sign up for an Accor card. I did it as I arrived tired from my flight, felt blackmailed tho. Entering the room there was a half full paper coffee cup, dirty basin, empty toothbrush box and the toilet full of urine. I went down to the reception and showed the pictures to the reception who apologized to me. When returning to the room in late evening, I saw someone was in the room as my perfume was moved to a different spot, however all the issues were still there. Very disappointing experience for such a high end product.
