As a long term staying guest for 8 months I became part of the team and treated like a family member in the absence of mine. Service was excellent with a very personal note. Team was always friendly anticipating my wishes and learning about my preferences. It is a wonderful place to escape the daily life enjoying beautiful designed facilities with the sense of details. I love the interior design with all the art, installations creating a relaxed atmosphere.

My experience at this hotel was quite nice till i get to this bar at the rooftop of Mondrian, which called Privilege bar - we got banned for wearing gold color flip-flops (i was wearing silk beige pants and same color of top, my friend was in a black dress and black flip flops) i would respect your ‘dress code’ thing but i could easily find a bunch of people wearing flip flops and slides at the bar on instagram. I file a complaint with the lobby and the hotelier says “we’ll fix our rule more strict to ban people wearing flip flops”. And i was definitely not happy with the answer.

NO WORDS TO SAY ABOUT THE HEAD CHEF OF CLEO. MORE THAN THE HARDWARE OF THE HOTEL THE MENU HE CREATED AND THE SERVICE HE PROVIDED TO US MADE A HUGE DIFFERENCE TO OUR STAY. I WOULD 1000 PERCENT WOULD GO BACK TO THE HOTEL FOR THIS REASON. AMAZING. PERIOD.

Besides the location advantage, Mondrian Itaewon is full of disappointment - Elevator is always trouble - the FL button... waiting time... you have to switch to one another to get to ur room - Sanitizer on Elevator never works - it's always empty or just won't work appropriately - Toilet flushing was broken for hours in the room - Water floats every time you take shower - make sure to cover with towels in front of the shower door - now they are charging extra to use the swimming pool for guest whos paying close to $200/per night - etc... dispatched sanitizer tube is troublesome as well.... it pops all over...

room was very nice, bed was great and room interior very attractive. breakfast also excellent. only had 2 minor complaints: music is too loud in lobby and in front of elevators and waiting for elevator..just reducing the volume by half would be great. Also not enough elevators..wait time for elevator at times was quite bad. overall excellent hotel and would stay again

I came in late and left early the next morning, but the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped me arrange transportation to and from the airport. I would definitely visit again.

Paid through Accor app., which said nothing is due at hotel. However, payment was due at the hotel not within the app. Which was very cumbersome. Also pool access little pricey. As well as there was no ice machine. Stay at the hotel could have been better, but very nice amenities.

compared to my recent stay at Fairmont Seoul it was very well serviced and pleasant stay! I had amazing birth day stay! room condition was excellent and amenities are amazing ( I thought it was even better then le Labo amenities from Fairmont) Location of the hotel was great too walking distance to Itewaon and famous restaurants.

Quite brand new facility, well decorated interior, and good service. But the room condition wasn’t that clean such as the table (was sticky and have some food garbage on the table) and glasses. And the noise from the next room was too loud.

In the first place, there was a delay when check in because of the delay in house keeping. But we were able to check out late, and the manager suggested a room upgrade so we could really stay more relaxed and satisfied with the service. The hotel itself is a great land mark of Seoul and the interior was impressive. Every item in the room were extraordinary and pleasing to look at. Of course the room condition was so excellent and the stay was really satisfying.

The stay have not been satisfying regards to you are 4.5 * Hotel. I have been staying for 4 weeksand every week there have been troubel with something. WIFI not working, then some troubel with securing the deposit, then I have to move room, Your service peopel is not enough trained and they missing english skilles. Sometime you can not communicate with the service peopel at all.. they have no clue what you are asking them.
