Sandaru was the best housekeeping staff he looked after my family very well we was at service 24/7 he helped with us with everything what ever we required. Apartments was very clean. Defo will be comin back 🇦🇪🙏 hotel pools and restaurants was very clean all the staff was very friendly life guards was very friendly too the breakfast bars and restaurants food was absolutely amazing will be recommending to my family and friends to come here and enjoy the stay in this hotel.

I visited the restaurant only with family and I was completely taken by ( maybe very small ) gesture of the restaurant manager Mr Aamit , but a big act for me . The hotel is 5 star but restaurant Manager Mr Aamir deserves 10 stars. 1.He is very compassionate vigilant and dedicated person 2. He has trained his team perfectly to the expected standards. 3 but he himself is beyond expectation . He made my kids and mine lunch memorable.The service and special care rendered by him will make us revisit swissotel restaurant.

Excellent rooms ! Nice view ! Acess to lounge on Top floor was icing on cake ! It’s nearness to Burg Khalifa and Dubai mall is added advantage!

Sandeep was very good helping to arrange taxi. Our overall stay was good. Good breakfast close to Dubai mall, good restaurant nearby. Enjoyed our 2 days stay in the hotel. The hotel needs some renovation but overall it was pleased stay. Will stay again
