Bad customer service, no professionalism The housekeeping service is bad, the receptionist needs more listens about dealing with the customer, breakfast needs more choices, they are not discipline to ALL Accor loyalty membership

We had a great time with staying with this hotel. I came for a business short trip. But this was a really lovely trip. The staff are very warm and welcoming to us. They are so kind. Especially Thin and Mahmoud

We stayed at this property for one night prior to boarding a cruise in Dubai. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance to the Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Our room had the largest King size bed we had ever seen! It was very comfortable. And we had an incredible view of the pool. Breakfast buffet in the morning was extensive and there were choices for everyone. The staff was nice onsite. Two things to note - they do not keep USD on hand at the hotel. We were looking to break some larger bills for tipping and they were unable to assist. We ended up having to take out AED. And the Executive Lounge doesn't serve anything until tea at 2:00pm. And then drinks later in the afternoon/evening. Since we had arrived late the previous night after it had already closed we weren't able to take advantage of this service. Signage in the lounge said there were drinks and snacks available all day (which we had planned to use for a light lunch) but when we asked there was nothing. Overall nice hotel and would recommend a stay there.

Very good hotel, swimming pool Mahmoud is very good guy! He take care of our bagade and he was great! Location was very good, walk distance to Burf Khalifa and the address! Shopping Mall was great!!!!
